Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking.
  • Conduct professional technical presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to translate client requirements into viable technical solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality sales proposals, tenders, and technical documentation.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial inquiry to final contract negotiation and closing.
  • Provide ongoing technical support and relationship management to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and product positioning.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related technical field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Engineer or in a similar technical sales role is highly preferred.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a high-performing sales team.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and standard office productivity tools.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as required for client meetings and site visits.
