Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the assigned territory to increase market share.
- Deliver professional technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the internal engineering team to tailor solutions that meet specific customer requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive technical proposals, quotations, and contracts for potential accounts.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term retention and identify up-selling opportunities.
- Provide technical consultation and troubleshooting support during the pre-sales and implementation phases.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market competition, and new technological advancements.
- Prepare regular sales reports and territory activity updates for management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven professional experience as a Sales Engineer or in a technical B2B sales role.
- Possess a valid Driving License (SIM A) and the ability to operate a vehicle safely.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel out-of-town for client meetings, site visits, and project support.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in both technical documentation and commercial negotiation.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service.
