Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand our market presence in Jakarta and surrounding regions.
- Provide technical expertise and high-impact product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to customize solutions based on specific client requirements.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and site visits to final contract negotiation.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to provide actionable insights to management.
- Maintain and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven professional experience as a Sales Engineer or Technical Sales Representative.
- Must possess a valid driving license (SIM A) and be comfortable operating a vehicle for business travel.
- Strong willingness and ability to travel out of town (dinas luar kota) as required by project demands.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- High level of integrity, self-motivation, and target-oriented work ethic.
