Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the industrial and technical sectors.
  • Conduct professional technical presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the internal engineering team to tailor solutions that meet specific customer requirements.
  • Prepare comprehensive technical proposals, quotes, and contract agreements.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
  • Provide after-sales support and technical consultation to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Engineering, Technology, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience as a Sales Engineer or in a technical sales capacity.
  • Strong understanding of technical product specifications and consultative selling methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close high-value business deals.
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM software, and presentation tools.
  • Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Must be based in or willing to work in the Bekasi area.
