You will collaborate closely with our sales and product teams to conduct demonstrations, perform technical assessments, and solve critical business challenges. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of proven experience in technical sales, a deep understanding of industry-specific systems, and the ability to build long-term relationships with diverse stakeholders in the Jakarta market.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct high-impact technical product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients.
- Analyze customer requirements and design customized technical solutions that meet specific project goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare detailed proposals, technical documentation, and pricing structures.
- Provide technical support and expertise during the entire sales cycle, from lead qualification to final closing.
- Conduct proof-of-concept (POC) projects to validate technical feasibility for high-value prospects.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
- Facilitate feedback loops between clients and the internal product development team.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a Sales Engineer, Pre-Sales, or Technical Sales role.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Strong proficiency in articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a consultative approach to selling.
- Willingness to travel locally within Jakarta and surrounding areas as required.
