Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the HVAC and air treatment market.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Conduct professional product presentations, clearly articulating technical benefits to diverse stakeholders.
- Maintain deep product knowledge to provide expert consultancy and technical support to clients.
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and progress reports for management.
- Collaborate with the internal engineering team to ensure technical solutions align with customer requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in technical sales, specifically within the HVAC, air treatment, or industrial equipment sectors.
- Strong understanding of air treatment systems and mechanical principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proactive mindset, highly self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and professional English is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet clients within the West Java region.
