Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new B2B clients within the commercial and industrial manufacturing sectors.
- Provide expert technical advice and product recommendations for lubricant, chemical, and industrial tool applications.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and technical proposals to potential stakeholders.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial cold calling and lead qualification to final contract negotiation and closing.
- Conduct site visits to understand client operational challenges and offer tailored product solutions.
- Collaborate with the internal supply chain and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and market intelligence in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in B2B technical sales, specifically within the lubricant, chemical, or industrial tools industry.
- Strong understanding of industrial lubrication standards and chemical properties.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical decision-makers.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to identify market trends and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Valid driver's license and flexibility to travel as required for client meetings within the region.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia) for business communication.
