Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver compelling technical product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop customized solution proposals aligned with client requirements
- Conduct thorough product training sessions for clients and internal stakeholders
- Perform competitive analysis and market research to identify sales opportunities
- Act as primary technical liaison between clients and product development teams
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers
- Prepare detailed technical documentation and sales collateral
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales engineering or key account management
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
- Proven track record in B2B technical sales solution selling
- Strong proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in both technical and business contexts
- Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
- Industry certifications in relevant technologies preferred
