Are you a technical sales professional with a passion for industrial reliability and asset management? PT Aresa Prima Karya is seeking a results-driven Sales Engineer to join our expanding team in Bogor. In this role, you will be the bridge between our cutting-edge condition monitoring technology and our clients' operational needs.

As a Sales Engineer specializing in condition monitoring solutions, you will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, providing technical consultations, and delivering high-value sales presentations. You will focus on promoting advanced solutions, including vibration analysis, precision calibration, and comprehensive remote monitoring systems designed to optimize industrial uptime and efficiency. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth within a technically sophisticated environment.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to penetrate the condition monitoring market in Indonesia.
  • Provide expert technical pre-sales support, including demonstrations of vibration analysis and monitoring hardware/software.
  • Conduct site surveys and technical consultations to understand client pain points and propose customized industrial solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders in manufacturing, power generation, and oil & gas sectors.
  • Prepare accurate sales quotations, technical proposals, and tender documentation.
  • Collaborate with the technical engineering team to ensure seamless implementation and after-sales support.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive advantage for PT Aresa Prima Karya.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or related technical field).
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in technical sales, preferably within industrial instrumentation or predictive maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of condition monitoring concepts: Vibration Analysis, Predictive Maintenance (PdM), and Industrial IoT.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, manage a sales territory, and achieve aggressive revenue targets.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits within the region.
