ALCA Metals is a premier provider of high-quality metal solutions, and we are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our expanding team in Jakarta Barat. In this pivotal role, you will act as the technical bridge between our innovative product offerings and the construction industry's most demanding projects.
We are looking for a professional who thrives on hunting for new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, and providing technical consultative support. You will be responsible for driving growth across our commercial building, industrial, and major infrastructure portfolios. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the construction, commercial, and industrial sectors.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with architects, contractors, consultants, and project developers.
- Provide technical presentations and consultations to clients regarding metal product applications and specifications.
- Prepare accurate and professional quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
- Coordinate with internal project management and technical teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and identify further supply opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the Jakarta market.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, specifically within the construction or building materials industry.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and achieve monthly/annual revenue targets.
- Willingness to travel locally within Jakarta and surrounding areas as required.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
