Are you a technical sales professional with a passion for heavy industrial equipment? Jebsen & Jessen is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer specializing in Crane solutions to join our team in Surabaya. In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our premium lifting technology, bridging the gap between complex engineering solutions and the needs of our industrial clients.
You will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring our financial objectives for Order Received, Gross Margin, and Collection are met or exceeded. We are looking for someone who combines technical acumen with a sharp commercial instinct to navigate the competitive industrial crane market in East Java.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve annual targets for Order Received and Gross Margin.
- Provide expert technical consultation to clients regarding crane selection, safety features, and customized lifting solutions.
- Proactively identify and prospect new business leads within the manufacturing, logistics, and construction sectors.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial technical inquiry and proposal drafting to final contract negotiation.
- Collaborate with engineering and service teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Take full ownership of the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collection of payments as budgeted.
- Conduct professional presentations and site inspections to build trust and authority with key stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the industrial machinery or heavy equipment sector.
- Strong understanding of crane systems, lifting operations, or related industrial mechanical equipment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales and margin targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence technical decision-makers.
- High proficiency in both English and Indonesian (written and spoken).
- Possess a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
