As a Sales Engineer, you will bridge the gap between complex electrical engineering solutions and client requirements. You will work closely with engineering teams and procurement departments, ensuring our products are effectively integrated into major infrastructure and utility projects across the region.
We are looking for a proactive professional who understands the nuances of the electrical power sector, possesses strong negotiation skills, and is driven to meet ambitious sales targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share in the electrical transmission and distribution sector.
- Provide technical consultation to clients regarding electrical products and infrastructure solutions.
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through active prospecting and lead generation.
- Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and professional proposals for prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams to tailor solutions that meet specific project requirements and technical specifications.
- Conduct site visits and product demonstrations to support the sales process.
- Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and sales pipelines in the CRM system.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the electrical power market.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in technical sales, preferably within the electrical power, transmission, or distribution industry.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical transmission and distribution system components.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project blueprints.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at various management levels.
- Self-motivated with a high degree of integrity and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and technical software related to electrical systems.
