Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with EPC companies across Indonesia.
- Provide expert technical consultation regarding fire protection systems to stakeholders and project engineers.
- Prepare comprehensive technical and commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with project requirements and local regulations.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and initial presentation to negotiation and project closure.
- Conduct professional product presentations and technical demonstrations for clients.
- Coordinate with internal engineering and project management teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitors, and regulatory updates in the fire safety and engineering sector.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil) or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the EPC, fire protection, or industrial equipment sectors.
- Strong understanding of EPC project structures and procurement processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence technical decision-makers.
- Fluent in both Indonesian and English.
- Self-motivated professional with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and project site visits.
