Are you a high-performing, ambitious professional with a passion for engineering sales? Saberindo Pacific is seeking a results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team in Jakarta Pusat. In this role, you will be the bridge between our cutting-edge fire protection technology and our clients, playing a pivotal role in driving business growth and ensuring safety standards across various industries.
You will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, managing client relationships, and providing technical consultancy to ensure the best fire safety solutions are implemented. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to expand market share for fire protection systems.
- Provide technical consultation and expertise to clients regarding fire safety designs and product specifications.
- Conduct site surveys, perform risk assessments, and prepare detailed technical proposals and quotations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and facility managers.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for potential clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations to stay ahead of the curve.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets assigned by management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in technical sales, specifically within the Fire Protection or MEP industry.
- Deep understanding of fire safety regulations, standards, and technical engineering principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to offer technical solutions to complex client needs.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a dynamic, target-oriented team.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Jakarta area.
