Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell specialized repair services for electrical and mechanical hospital equipment
- Develop new business opportunities with hospitals and healthcare facilities in Sidoarjo region
- Conduct technical consultations to assess equipment maintenance needs
- Collaborate with engineering teams to customize service solutions
- Prepare and present proposals with competitive pricing structures
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key hospital stakeholders
- Track sales metrics and report on market trends in medical equipment maintenance
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales or service sales
- Understanding of hospital equipment (medical imaging, sterilizers, HVAC, etc.) preferred
- Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical buyers
- Proven track record in B2B sales and relationship building
- Valid driver's license with willingness for regional travel
- Experience in contract negotiation and service agreement management
