- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve annual revenue targets and increase market share.
- Provide technical consultations and product demonstrations to potential clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Analyze geotechnical project requirements to propose optimal solutions and cost-effective equipment or systems.
- Forecast sales volume and profit margins to support regional business planning.
- Prepare high-quality technical proposals, tenders, and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Maintain a deep understanding of geotechnical industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams to ensure project specifications meet technical requirements and client expectations.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders and decision-makers.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or engineering within the geotechnical sector.
- Strong understanding of geotechnical instrumentation, ground engineering, or civil construction methodologies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential.
- Ability to travel as required to visit client sites and project locations.
- Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
