You will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, providing technical consultation, and driving the sales process from lead generation to contract closure.

The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in the industrial sector and understands the mechanical nuances of heavy-duty equipment. You will be representing top-tier products to decision-makers, offering bespoke technical solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency for our industrial partners. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow market share in the heavy-duty machinery sector.
  • Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations for potential clients to showcase equipment capabilities.
  • Interpret client requirements and translate them into precise, value-driven technical specifications.
  • Prepare competitive proposals, quotations, and tender documents in collaboration with the engineering team.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, plant managers, and procurement leads.
  • Provide ongoing post-sales support and ensure client satisfaction with machine performance and implementation.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in technical sales, specifically within the industrial or heavy machinery sector.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex mechanical systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Strong networking and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel locally to client sites and industrial plants as required.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and standard office productivity tools.
