PT. Ilthabi Hanbell Indonesia is seeking a results-driven and technically proficient Sales Engineer to spearhead the growth of our industrial equipment division. Specializing in high-performance Screw Air Compressors, Scroll Oil-Free solutions, and advanced Vacuum Pump technology, you will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative engineering solutions to our manufacturing and industrial clients.
As a Sales Engineer, you will act as a technical consultant, bridging the gap between client requirements and our high-efficiency machinery. You will be responsible for building long-term relationships, identifying market opportunities in the Jakarta Raya industrial sector, and providing comprehensive technical support throughout the sales lifecycle. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share for screw air compressors, scroll oil-free units, and vacuum pumps.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for existing and prospective industrial clients.
- Prepare accurate project quotations, technical proposals, and tender documents in alignment with client specifications.
- Perform site visits and consultations to provide expert guidance on compressor sizing and system optimization.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and cold calling to contract negotiation and post-sales follow-up.
- Collaborate with the technical engineering team to troubleshoot customer issues and provide innovative system solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and product positioning.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or a related field).
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in technical sales, preferably within the industrial machinery or HVAC sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of pneumatic systems, air compressors, and vacuum technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence technical decision-makers.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional English (written and verbal).
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and own vehicle is highly preferred for client site visits.
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse pipeline of industrial clients across Jakarta and surrounding areas.
