In this role, you will act as a key technical advisor and partner to high-profile clients, including BUMN entities, Pertamina, and critical power plant facilities.

You will be responsible for bridge-building between complex technical requirements and our advanced instrumentation solutions. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in engineering, a hunter mindset for business development, and the ability to articulate technical value to diverse stakeholders. Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across the industrial sector in East Java.
  • Manage key accounts including major BUMNs, Pertamina facilities, and power generation plants.
  • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential and existing clients.
  • Prepare accurate technical proposals, quotations, and tender documents in accordance with client specifications.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering teams to provide customized automation solutions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
  • Provide post-sales technical support and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in industrial sales or technical pre-sales.
  • Solid understanding of instrumentation, PLC, SCADA, or industrial automation systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across the East Java region for client site visits.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and results-oriented professional.
