We are currently seeking a results-driven Sales Engineer to join our professional team in North Jakarta. This role is ideal for a candidate who combines technical mechanical knowledge with a sharp commercial instinct.
As a Sales Engineer, you will be the primary technical point of contact for our clients, helping them navigate complex industrial requirements involving Gearboxes and Gearmotors. You will be responsible for expanding our market footprint, maintaining key accounts, and ensuring that our technical solutions meet the highest standards of efficiency and reliability. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the manufacturing and industrial sectors.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations focusing on gearbox and gearmotor applications.
- Consult with clients to determine technical specifications, torque requirements, and mechanical configurations.
- Prepare accurate commercial quotations and follow up through the entire sales cycle to closing.
- Perform regular site visits to provide technical support and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Collaborate with the internal engineering team to ensure product solutions align with customer needs.
- Provide regular sales reports, market analysis, and competitor activity updates to management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in technical sales, specifically within industrial machinery or power transmission.
- In-depth knowledge of Gearboxes, Gearmotors, and mechanical drive systems is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with procurement and engineering departments.
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and understanding industrial specifications.
- Possess a valid driver's license (SIM A/C) and own transportation for client visits.
- Fluency in Indonesian; basic English proficiency for technical documentation is an advantage.
