You will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, cultivating strong relationships with stakeholders, and providing expert technical consultations to ensure our fabrication services meet the highest standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the manufacturing and construction sectors.
- Develop and nurture long-term professional relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Provide technical consultation on laser cutting and metal fabrication projects to ensure client requirements are met.
- Prepare accurate project quotations, proposals, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with the production and engineering teams to ensure project feasibility and timely delivery.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Achieve and exceed monthly or quarterly sales targets for fabrication services.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Engineer or Technical Sales role, preferably in the manufacturing or fabrication industry.
- Deep understanding of metal fabrication processes, specifically laser cutting and machining.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM software.
- Willing to be based in Bekasi Timur and conduct field visits as required.
