Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the manufacturing and industrial sectors.
  • Provide technical consultation and product demonstrations to potential buyers regarding machinery specifications.
  • Prepare comprehensive sales proposals, quotations, and technical documentation for clients.
  • Coordinate with internal engineering teams to ensure project requirements are met and solutions are tailored to client needs.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify potential opportunities for product expansion and lead generation.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry to final order delivery and after-sales support.
  • Attend trade shows and industry seminars to represent the company and build professional networks.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent technical field).
  • Proven experience as a Sales Engineer or in a technical sales role, ideally within the machinery or trading industry.
  • Deep understanding of industrial machinery and manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian (both verbal and written).
  • Willingness to travel within the Jabodetabek area as required by client projects.
