Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities within the marine and maritime sector.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients to showcase our marine solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering and product teams to ensure proposed solutions meet client specifications and industry standards.
- Prepare accurate sales quotes, compelling proposals, and comprehensive technical documentation.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing exceptional service and support.
- Meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide after-sales support, training, and basic technical troubleshooting when required.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Proven working experience as a Sales Engineer, specifically within the marine, maritime, or heavy equipment industry.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly grasp and explain complex engineering concepts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
