Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new clients within the mechanical engineering and industrial sectors.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for prospective and existing clients.
- Collaborate with the internal engineering team to develop customized mechanical solutions that meet specific client needs.
- Prepare accurate technical proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
- Provide after-sales technical support and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine our sales strategy.
- Participate in technical site visits to assess project requirements and scope.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in technical sales, field engineering, or a related commercial role.
- Strong understanding of mechanical components and industrial systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic technical drawing software is a plus.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site inspections as required.
