Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand market share in the overhead crane sector.
- Conduct professional site visits to evaluate client requirements and provide precise technical recommendations.
- Prepare and present high-quality technical proposals, quotations, and presentations to potential customers.
- Collaborate with the engineering and production departments to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and meet safety standards.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales approaches accordingly.
- Provide technical training and support to clients during and after the installation process.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets assigned by management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in industrial sales, preferably in heavy machinery or construction equipment.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Willingness to travel frequently to client sites within the region.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software for sales pipeline management.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performance team.
