Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the industrial sector in Pekanbaru and surrounding areas.
- Provide technical support and product guidance to existing and prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive technical presentations and product demonstrations to decision-makers.
- Analyze customer requirements and collaborate with internal engineering teams to propose optimal technical solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial discovery and lead qualification to project closing.
- Conduct site visits to perform technical assessments and troubleshoot equipment-related challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic territory management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent technical field).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales, B2B sales, or industrial engineering roles.
- Strong understanding of industrial equipment, bearings, or mechanical components is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.
- Self-motivated with a high degree of integrity and professional ethics.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Riau region to meet with clients.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
