In this role, you will be the bridge between our high-quality engineering solutions and our diverse industrial clientele, including players in the manufacturing, mining, and energy sectors.
As a Sales Engineer, you will not just sell products; you will provide technical expertise and consultative solutions that keep our clients' operations running at peak efficiency. You will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, nurturing long-term client relationships, and providing technical support for our gearbox and power transmission product lines. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share for power transmission products, specifically gearbox systems.
- Provide technical consultation to customers to assist in selecting the right products for specific industrial applications.
- Actively scout and acquire new accounts within the manufacturing, mining, and energy sectors.
- Prepare professional technical proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the internal engineering team to resolve complex client requirements and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive advantage in the industry.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through follow-up and effective after-sales relationship management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in industrial machinery or power transmission components.
- Deep understanding of gearbox operations, mechanical couplings, and industrial power systems.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required for meetings and site evaluations.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to team objectives.
- Fluency in Indonesian and proficiency in English.
