Utomodeck Metal Works is a market leader in industrial roofing and innovative metal solutions. We are currently seeking a dynamic and technically-minded Sales Engineer to join our team in Jakarta. This role is pivotal in driving the expansion of our Solar UV product line, bridging the gap between technical engineering specifications and client-facing business development.
In this role, you will act as a consultant to our clients, helping them integrate advanced Solar UV technologies into their infrastructure. You will manage the entire sales cycle—from technical consultation and site assessment to final contract negotiation. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for the Solar UV division in Jakarta and surrounding regions.
- Provide technical consultation and product demonstrations to architects, contractors, and project owners.
- Conduct site visits to perform technical evaluations and provide accurate project proposals.
- Prepare comprehensive technical and commercial quotations that align with client requirements and company standards.
- Collaborate with the internal engineering team to ensure technical feasibility and timely delivery of solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain our competitive edge in the solar/metal works industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including project consultants and construction firms.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical preferred).
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the construction, solar, or building materials industry.
- Strong understanding of Solar UV systems and renewable energy technologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales pipeline.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and verbal).
- Self-motivated with a high degree of integrity and professional business acumen.
- Valid driving license and ability to conduct regular site visits.
