Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the steel and manufacturing sector.
- Provide technical expertise and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the internal engineering team to develop customized steel solutions.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and technical proposals.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing accounts to ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine our sales strategy.
- Participate in trade shows, seminars, and networking events to represent Igawara Corporation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial preferred).
- Proven experience in technical sales, B2B sales, or business development, preferably in the steel or construction industry.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to explain complex engineering concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- High level of self-motivation and a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and visit job sites.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
