Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the power solutions and UPS sector.
  • Conduct site surveys and technical consultations to assess client power requirements.
  • Prepare comprehensive technical proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the internal engineering department to ensure optimal solution design.
  • Provide post-sales technical support and maintain strong long-term relationships with key accounts.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine sales strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets through effective pipeline management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the UPS, Power Electronics, or Data Center industry.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, power distribution, and UPS architecture.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Proven ability to translate technical specifications into compelling business value for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings within the Banten/Jabodetabek area.
