Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the industrial and mechanical engineering sectors.
- Conduct technical consultations to understand client requirements and recommend the optimal valve product configurations.
- Prepare and deliver professional technical presentations, product demonstrations, and project proposals.
- Coordinate with internal engineering teams to ensure accurate product selection and application sizing.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry and technical specification through to final negotiation and closure.
- Provide after-sales technical support and troubleshoot client inquiries regarding product performance and maintenance.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure Alvindo Catur Sentosa maintains a leading edge in valve technology.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering (or equivalent technical field).
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in industrial sales, preferably with valves, instrumentation, or flow control equipment.
- Strong understanding of industrial piping systems, flow dynamics, and material compatibility.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, P&IDs, and data sheets.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites within the region.
