Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to expand our client base.
- Serve as the primary technical advisor during sales meetings, articulating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Manage and nurture long-term relationships with existing vendors and clients to ensure repeat business.
- Proactively manage the end-to-end sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and consistent target achievement.
- Conduct professional technical demonstrations and presentations of company solutions.
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams to tailor technical solutions to meet specific client challenges.
- Provide insightful market feedback to management to influence product improvement and service offerings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in a Sales Engineering, Technical Sales, or Business Development role.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and ability to translate technical specs into business benefits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed aggressive sales targets in a competitive market.
- Proficiency in CRM software and standard office productivity tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel within the Jakarta area to meet clients and support project sites.
