Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive market entry and penetration strategies.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
- Conduct detailed technical analysis to align company products with client requirements.
- Lead the preparation of complex sales proposals, technical documents, and project designs.
- Manage the full sales engineering lifecycle from initial lead generation to contract negotiation.
- Provide expert product demonstrations and technical training for both internal teams and prospective clients.
- Analyze competitor activity and market trends to adjust sales strategies proactively.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless implementation and post-sales support.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical sales or sales engineering management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into client-facing value propositions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proficiency in CRM software and market research tools.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian industrial or construction market is a significant advantage.
