Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development plans to drive regional revenue growth.
  • Ensure the consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets for the enterprise segment.

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve excellence.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in the retail or telecommunications sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and coaching sales teams.
  • Proven ability to develop sales strategies and track record of meeting ambitious targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM software.
  • Willingness to be based in or travel to the Medan area as required.
