Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase venue bookings and event revenue.
- Identify and prospect new clients, including corporate accounts, event planners, and social event organizers.
- Coordinate all aspects of event planning, including venue setup, vendor management, and onsite logistics.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Conduct site tours and presentations to showcase the value and versatility of our venue spaces.
- Prepare accurate sales proposals, contracts, and event quotations in line with company pricing policies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote seasonal event packages and special offers.
- Monitor event trends and competitor activities to ensure our offerings remain market-competitive.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, event coordination, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English and Malay (Mandarin proficiency is an advantage).
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional grooming, a positive attitude, and a strong sense of accountability.
- Flexibility to work on weekends or public holidays as required by event schedules.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
