Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular visits to pharmacies, hospitals, and clinics to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand our product distribution network within the Lampung region.
- Provide comprehensive product information and updates to medical professionals and pharmacy staff.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the pharmaceutical distribution landscape.
- Ensure timely processing of orders and collaborate with the supply chain team to guarantee product availability.
- Prepare accurate and timely sales reports for management review.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries efficiently to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably Pharmacy, Health Sciences, or Business Administration.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical, FMCG, or medical device industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a result-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Bandar Lampung and surrounding areas.
- Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM C) and a personal motorcycle.
- Highly organized, disciplined, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office).
