Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with UMKM and small enterprises in the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Present and demonstrate Majoo's technological solutions to prospective clients
- Understand clients' business needs and propose tailored solutions to address their challenges
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with the product team to provide client feedback and improve solutions
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or technology solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to understand clients' business needs and propose appropriate solutions
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
