Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify market opportunities and conduct competitive analysis
- Present product solutions through persuasive demonstrations and proposals
- Manage sales pipeline and CRM systems for accurate forecasting
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional strategies

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of B2B/B2C sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong analytical abilities for market and customer assessment
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
