Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups and networking.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and understand customer needs effectively.
- Present and demonstrate company products/services to potential clients, effectively addressing their inquiries.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals to secure contracts.
- Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools to track progress and forecast sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Fluent communication skills in both Indonesian and English (written and verbal).
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a persuasive personality.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
