Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new clients in Medan and surrounding areas
- Promote OK Printing's products/services through direct sales activities
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue objectives
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Prepare sales proposals and negotiate contracts
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
- Collaborate with production team for order fulfillment
- Report sales activities and customer feedback to management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business or equivalent experience
- Proven track record in sales (printing industry preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer relationship management abilities
- Target-driven with results-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Resident of Medan or willing to relocate
