Tanggung Jawab
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct proactive field visits to identify and acquire new prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients.
- Present and demonstrate company products effectively to potential buyers.
- Monitor market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities continuously.
- Prepare accurate and timely sales reports for management review.
- Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field (Marketing or Business Management preferred).
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar client-facing role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to conduct field work and travel within the Jakarta Barat area.
- Target-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting performance goals.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting purposes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
