- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Jakarta's steel market
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies
- Collaborate with logistics team to ensure timely delivery solutions
- Prepare detailed sales reports and performance metrics
- Train clients on product specifications and applications
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years B2B sales experience in steel/construction industry
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficient in CRM software (SAP, Salesforce preferred)
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Valid SIM C with willingness for client site visits
