Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and approach potential customers to generate new sales leads.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of client interactions in our CRM.
- Execute field visits and provide on-site consultations to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities in the Madiun region.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent in any field.
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or field marketing is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Highly motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM C) and a personal vehicle for field mobility.
- Residing in or willing to be based in Madiun, Jawa Timur.
