Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase brand presence in the assigned territory.
- Actively scout for new retail partners and maintain existing relationships to ensure high product availability.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights to the management team.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and distribution KPIs.
- Manage inventory distribution and ensure optimal display of Alamii Food products at retail outlets.
- Handle product promotions and local marketing initiatives to boost consumer brand awareness.
- Prepare accurate daily and weekly sales reports for regional performance tracking.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field (Marketing or Business Management preferred).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Sales, preferably in the FMCG or consumer goods industry.
- Strong understanding of the local Jambi market and retail landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own a reliable vehicle for field sales visits.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and high integrity.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.
