Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and approach potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through effective communication.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain value propositions to potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our tracking system.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and market trends.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement creative sales strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/Sederajat).
- Minimum age of 21 years old.
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply; prior sales experience is a significant plus.
- Residing in or willing to work in the Manggadua or Pangeran Jayakarta area.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- High level of motivation, resilience, and a hunger for professional growth.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a high-performing team.
- Professional appearance and proactive attitude.
