In this role, you will be at the forefront of our expansion efforts, acquiring and activating new merchants through direct sales initiatives. Your mission will be to establish strong relationships with potential business partners, demonstrate the value of GoPay's comprehensive payment ecosystem, and convert prospects into active users of our platform.
We are looking for a results-oriented individual with a passion for sales and digital innovation. Our competitive compensation package includes a monthly salary of Rp 5.250,000 – Rp 5.300,000 plus performance incentives.

Tanggung Jawab
- Acquire and activate new merchants through direct sales efforts for GoPay products
- Identify and approach potential business partners in assigned territories
- Present GoPay's value proposition and features to prospective merchants
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Provide comprehensive product training and support to new merchants
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and activity documentation
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma, with preference for candidates with bachelor's degree
- Previous sales experience, preferably in fintech, digital payments, or related industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Target-driven mindset with proven ability to meet sales quotas
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of GoPay or similar digital payment platforms is a plus
