Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify and approach potential new clients within the Bandung area to expand our market share.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing retail partners and clients.
- Perform regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and ensure product visibility.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide excellent after-sales support.
- Submit accurate and timely sales reports to management regarding territory performance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in any major (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, sales experience is a plus).
- Strong passion for sales and a deep interest in the mobile commerce and technology industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM C) and have access to a personal motorcycle.
- Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willing to travel and work in the field across Bandung and surrounding areas.
- Proficient in using mobile applications and standard office software for reporting.
