Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct door-to-door sales activities to prospect and acquire new merchants
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective hunting techniques
- Present product offerings and demonstrate value propositions to merchants
- Document sales activities and maintain accurate client records
- Collaborate with team members to share market insights and best practices
- Report sales performance and progress to management regularly
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in door-to-door or hunting sales
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Self-motivated with proven ability to work independently
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Deep understanding of Indramayu market and local business landscape
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends when required
- Proficiency in basic computer applications for reporting
