PT Armada Kemasan Nusantara is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Depok. In this role, you will be the face of our company, representing our comprehensive suite of packaging services to a diverse portfolio of current and prospective clients.

You will work closely with our established sales department to identify market opportunities, cultivate long-term business relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, a resilient negotiator, and someone who thrives in a target-driven environment. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our customer base in the packaging sector.
  • Present and demonstrate the full line of PT Armada Kemasan Nusantara services to prospective clients.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate effectively with the internal sales team to achieve regional and company-wide revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive trends.
  • Prepare professional sales proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and cold calling to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Provide regular reporting on sales activities, pipeline progress, and market feedback to management.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales or a similar commercial role.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia (English proficiency is a plus).
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • High level of integrity, professional appearance, and a proactive work ethic.
  • Ability to travel as required to meet with potential and existing clients.
  • Possess own vehicle and a valid driving license (SIM A/C).
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software or basic sales tracking tools is highly preferred.
