Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our customer base in the packaging sector.
- Present and demonstrate the full line of PT Armada Kemasan Nusantara services to prospective clients.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate effectively with the internal sales team to achieve regional and company-wide revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive trends.
- Prepare professional sales proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and cold calling to contract negotiation and closing.
- Provide regular reporting on sales activities, pipeline progress, and market feedback to management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales or a similar commercial role.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia (English proficiency is a plus).
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- High level of integrity, professional appearance, and a proactive work ethic.
- Ability to travel as required to meet with potential and existing clients.
- Possess own vehicle and a valid driving license (SIM A/C).
- Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software or basic sales tracking tools is highly preferred.
