Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and hunt for new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead generation.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and site tours to final contract closing.
- Conduct professional presentations and tours of our co-living units and event spaces for potential clients.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate, timely reporting on conversion rates and targets.
- Effectively follow up on incoming leads and inquiries to ensure a high customer conversion rate.
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate partners, event organizers, and individual tenants.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Sales, ideally within the hospitality, real estate, or event management sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse client profiles.
- High level of self-motivation, resilience, and a 'hunter' mentality.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
